Emergent UK printing firms to benefit from new book?
Bosses of UK printing companies may wish to read a new book aimed at those who work in the industry.
Bosses of emergent UK printing firms may find a new book that offers advice to industry professionals is useful.
Print Buying Made Simple is Margie Dana's second title and is mainly comprised of articles from the author's Print Tips e-newsletter, which she has written weekly since 1999.
"My goal with this book is to give newcomers - including new buyers, print designers and print sales reps - an excellent resource that will help them hit the ground running," Ms Dana said.
She added there is a lack of books for the industry but she hopes this title will benefit people by giving how-to insights.
One reviewer, Jeff Dickerson of State Farm Insurance Companies, described the volume as a "great tool" and advised every print team to use it for reference.
Printing firm owners may also wish to heed the advice recently given by James Murray, editor of BusinessGreen.com, who stated organisations need to make the most of environmentally-friendly opportunities and realise the benefits of such initiatives.
