Printed business cards 'should be kept organised'
Business card printing allows entrepreneurs to keep a reference book of contacts, it has been suggested.
It is important people keep track of all the business cards they receive so they can easily find others' contact details, it has been claimed.
Founder of Tweezerman Dal LaMagna said in a post for Aol Small Business entrepreneurs should purchase a ledger-diary when they set up a new firm, to help them monitor all of the things they need to remember.
He advised individuals to list things to do in the right-hand column of the book and write down calculations, notes and attach business cards in the left-hand column.
In this way, the diary will become "a living, chronological record" of the company and will ensure bosses stay focused and organised, Mr LaMagna explained.
"It also serves as a resource for ideas and important contacts," he added.
Furthermore, an individual writing for Fox Business recently stated exchanging printed business cards at trade shows is a good way of connecting with potential customers and boosting return on investment.
