In an article published on the Express & Star's website, the unnamed author noted office managers should review their stationery requirements on a regular basis and make sure they are using the most cost-effective option available.

The writer noted sourcing a wide range of items from the same firm means "it'll be easy to re-order through a quick email or telephone call while you do your usual stationery check", adding office managers should keep track of how many items such as envelopes and A4 folders they have in stock to ensure supplies do not run low.
