Frequently Asked Questions
Where is my order?
You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging in to your account.
How to order?
Ordering is easy, but if you need help click on the red button on the right side of the website to watch our 'how to order video'.
How quickly will you print my order?
The time to print depends on the product and service level that you have chosen. Time to print is from approval of artwork and payment for customers. Jobs will not be scheduled until they are approved and payment is made. Time to print is measured in business days, do not count non-working days (i.e. weekends and bank holidays) when calculating how long a job will take to print.
Is the delivery really FREE?
We offer FREE delivery service to the mainland UK excluding Highland and Islands. These areas are defined by our courier companies. If you need your order delivered to Highland or Islands, call us on 0117 332 0055 and we will calculate the extra delivery cost of your order. If you are not sure, which area are you in please contact us.
How quick is the delivery?
You need to allow at least one business day for delivery. Standard FREE delivery is by courier on a non guaranteed "next day" service.
Although the vast majority of deliveries do arrive next day, please remember that this is not a guaranteed service.
If you need your order to be there by a certain date, we offer "next day" delivery service! Please ask for a price on a guaranteed next day courier service.
What time will the delivery take place?
Using our standard delivery service, the parcels will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. A timed delivery EG before noon is available for an extra charge if required. Saturday deliveries are also available subject to an extra charge.
I want to cancel my order. Will I get a full refund?
If you want to cancel an order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling us on 0117 332 0055. We will only charge for any time or materials we've used up to that point.
Can I supply a printed sample so that you can match the colours?
Colours reproduce slightly differently depending on the printing process used. Even atmospheric conditions and different paper types can affect colour reproduction. As a result, it's unlikely that something we print will exactly match a printout from your desktop printer or something you've had printed previously. Although blues will still be blue and reds will still be red, the exact colour hue may not be quite the same.
All orders we print are printed to industry standard colour settings.
Can I see a proof before you print my order?
For total peace of mind, you can choose to purchase a proof with your order.
I've spotted a problem with my proof - can I make changes?
Spotted a problem with your proof? No worries! You can choose to either upload your revised artwork or ask us to make the changes on your behalf. Another proof will then be supplied for your approval.
We may make a small charge to cover the cost of processing your new artwork or to carry out your amends. Therefore, please make sure you carefully check your artwork for typing errors, low resolution images and formatting problems BEFORE you supply it to us!
Obviously, if the problem is our fault, we'll sort it out FREE of charge.

How can I pay?
Customers are able to pay by credit or debit card on-line, credit or debit card by telephone, bank transfer and cheque.
Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club. Cheques do need to clear before we can print your work.
All our on-line payments are handled securely by SagePay and HSBC.
Is VAT payable on your products?
Azimuth Print are not the ones who decide if VAT is payable on your printed products, we are just the unpaid tax collectors.
All our prices exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Please note that certain printed items are zero rated for VAT, these include certain types of brochures, booklets, books, flyers and leaflets.
Most Flyers and Leaflets will be free from VAT; but there are some exceptions:
- VAT is chargeable if your Flyer or Leaflet is used as admission to premises, using the words 'free admission with this flyer' or similar.
- VAT is chargeable if your Flyer or Leaflet is used to obtain a discount on goods or services, using the words '10% off' or similar.
- VAT is chargeable if your Flyer or Leaflet has an area designed to be written on.
In general booklets, brochures and pamphlets are zero rated, but there's lots more complexity; laminating, finishing size, numbers printed and much more have a bearing.
